Who we are

This site is run by Brooke Redelle in Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada. Questions about your information can go to [email protected].

What we collect

When you use the contact or speaking inquiry forms, we collect the details you type in, such as your name, email address, organization, event details and message. When you join the newsletter, your email address is collected by Substack, which sends the emails.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to plan an event with you, and, if you join the newsletter, to send you emails from Brooke. We do not sell your information.

Newsletter and consent

We only send newsletters to people who ask for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us to be removed. This follows Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Who else sees it

Newsletter signups are handled by Substack. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Videos link out to YouTube, and social links go to other sites with their own policies.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and manage any booking. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us. This follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
